Bacon Swiss Bruschetta
My Favorite
1 loaf French Bread
1/4 C. Ricotta Cheese
1/4 C. Mayonnaise
1 & 1/2 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/4 C. grated Parmesan Cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
1/4 C. chopped Green Onion
Combine all ingredients except bread; stir to blend.
Slice Bread into 1/2" pieces; toast.
Butter with Cheese mixture.
Broil 4 to 5 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned
