Breakfast Burrito
My Own Version




2 Large Borito Wraps,
3 Onion Slices, chopped
2 Tablespoons Butter
4 Red Bell Pepper Slices, chopped
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
4 Breakfast Sausage Links, sliced (or equal amount of diced ham or crumbled bacon)
4 Teaspoons Cheez Wiz (or shredded cheddar cheese)
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Salsa
Salt & Pepper
Paprika


Follow package directions for Borito Wraps.
In a frying pan, sauté Onions & Peppers in Butter for 5 minutes.
Add Meat & heat.
Scramble Eggs & Milk in a bowl & add to Onions & Meat.
Cook until almost done, then add the Cheez.
Salt, Pepper, and sprinkle lightly with Paprika.
Butter the Wraps with Sour Cream.
Pile the Eggs onto the Wraps making a sausage shape in the center.
Top with Salsa.
Close Wrap by folding bottom up first, then rolling from one side through to the other side, leaving the top open.
