Caesar Salad
A Classic Original Recipe'



Romaine Lettuce, torn
Curly Endive, torn
Italian Croutons
Anchovies
Diced Tomatoes
1 T. Parmesan Cheese

Caesar Salad Dressing:
1 t. chopped Garlic,
1/2 cup salad Oil,
1 " squirt of Anchovy Paste,
1 beaten Egg,
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce,
1/4 cup Lemon Juice,
1/2 t. Pepper,


Rinse & Dry the greens and place into the salad bowl.
Arrange Anchovies & Tomatoes on top
Sprinkle with the Parmesan Cheese
Combine Dressing ingredients and stir to mix
Drizzle all over the Salad, and serve
