Swiss Chicken Salad
perfect stuffing for sandwhich, salad, or asian cups




4 poached bone in and skin on Chicken Breasts (cooled in the fridge)
1 + C. Hellman's Mayonaise
1/4 C. Onion, chopped tiny
1/4 C. Celery, chopped tiny
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 C. shredded Swiss Cheese

Remove and discard the bone and skin from Chicken, and cut down into bite sized peices.
Mix with all other ingredients.
Use Salad to accompany green salads, stuff sandwhiches, or stuff fresh tomatoes, or asian cups.
