Clam Stuffed Mushrooms
simple and delicious




3 doz. medium Mushrooms
1/2 lb. shelled cooked Clams
1/2 cup Butter
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup dried Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup fresh Parsley
3/4 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
2 T. melted Butter


Remove stems from mushrooms, and mince tiny.
Place mushroom caps in a broiling pan, rounded side down
Sautee' stems, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, together in a sautee pan, until mushroom stems are tender.
Remove from heat, add parsley & breadcrumbs, and mix together.
Spoon into the mushroom caps
Drizzle the 2 T. melted butter on top
Broil for 7 to 9 minutes.
