Antipasto
A Classic
1 head Lettuce, torn
12 marinated Mushrooms
12 marinated Atrichoke Heatrs
12 green or black Olives (or 6 of each)
1 large Tomato, cut into wedges
1 lb. of the fallowing deli meats, which have been purchased as 1/2 inch thick slices, and cut into chunks:
Prosciutto
Capicola
Pepper Ham
Genoa Salami
1/4 lb. of the fallowing deli cheeses, which have been purchased as 1/2 inch thick slices, and cut into chunks:
Mozzarella Cheese
Provolone Cheese
Dressing:
3/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 t. Garlic Powder
1/4 t. Pepper
1/4 t. Basil
Put all dressing ingredients into a squeeze bottle and shake well.
Toss the Mushrooms, Artichoke, Meats, and Cheeses in the Dressing.
Pour over a bed of the Lettuce
Garnish with the Tomatoe, and Olives.
