Easy Stove Top Italian Mac & Cheese
just plain yum




1/2 lb. Elbow Macaroni, cooked to package directions.
1/4 c. Onion, chopped
1 t. Garlic, minced
1 lg. Tomato, diced
2 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Italian spices, or a dash of: Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Rosemary, Sage, Savory, and Oregano.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
1+ c. (or to taste) Mild Cheddar Cheese, grated; or Cheese Wiz
1- c. (or to taste) Milk
Parsley & Parmasian Cheese garnish.

In a sauce pan, sautee the Garlic & Onion in the Oil, until onion is tender.
Add the Cheese & Milk and mix until melted.
Remove from heat, and add the Spices and Tomato.
Pour over the cooked Macaroni, and garnish the top with Parsley & Parmasian Cheese.
Serve Hot.

This dish is also excellent with chicken, and olives.
