Fajita Party
Chicken & Beef
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
2 Vadalia Onions, sliced
1 lb. Chicken Breast Strips
1 lb. Stir Fry Beef Strips
2 pkgs Old Elpaso Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 Cup Water
2 T. Oil
2 pkgs Flour Tortillas
Sour Cream
Salsa
4 Cheese Mexican Cheese Blend shredded
Guacamole
Shredded Lettuce (optional)
Bring Oil to hot in a large sautee pan.
Add Beef and stirfry until browned, remove from pan
Add Chicken and stirfry until no longer pink, remove from pan
Add Fajita Mix & Water, and mix
Add Peppers and stirfry 3 to 5 minutes until tender but not soggy, remove to a serving bowl
Add Onions and stirfry 3 to 5 minutes until tender but not soggy, remove to a serving bowl
Add Beef and stirfry until reheated, remove to a serving bowl
Add Chicken and stirfry until reheated, remove to a serving bowl
Heat Tortillas according to package directions
Serve all with individual bowls of Sourcream, Cheese, Salsa, and Guacamole, and a plate of the warm Tortillas
Guests help themselves to the ingredients they want in their fajitas.
