Green Bean Casserole
Another Holiday Favorite




1/4 Onion chopped
1 sm. Container sliced baby Portobello Mushrooms
1/3 stick Butter
1 Lg. Beef Bullion Cube
1/2 lb. Fresh Green Beans
2--3 T. Flour
1 Cup Milk
Salt & Pepper
1/8 Cup Worcestershire sauce
2 slices American cheese
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Cut off the ends of the Green Beans and steam until tender,
Sautee Onion & Mushrooms in Butter.
Add Bullion & Worcestershire Sauce.
Whisk Milk and Flour together and whisk into skillet until smooth.
Add Salt, Pepper, and Cheese.
Remove from heat.
Put Beans into Casserole Dish
Pour skillet Mixture on top of Beans.
Cover with Bread Crumbs

Bake 350 for 1/2 an hour.
