Frugal Gourmet Salsa
This is the freshest, best, Salsa
4 large fresh Tomatoes, chopped 5 Large Jalopeno Peppers, seeded, chopped 2 medium Onions, chopped 1/2 Sweet Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped 1 cup (8 0z.) Tomatoe Sauce or V-8
1 t. Garlic, minced or crushed
1 & 1/2 T. Wine Vinegar
2 T. chopped Cilantro
Salt to taste
Mix, and let set up for about an hour.
Also excellent simmered with chicken, and served with spanish rice!
