1 box or bag of frozen Peirogies (my favoite is Mrs. T's brand cheese and potatoe stuffed)
1/2 large Sweet Onion, sliced into rings.
1/2 stick Butter
Salt & Peper

Fallow package directions to boil Pierogies, do not over cook.
Meanwhile, melt the Butter in a saute' pan and saute' the Onions until transparent.
When Pierogies are ready, place them into the Butter & Onion pan and gently mix to incorporate.
Salt & Pepper, and serve hot
Can add sour cream, or parm. cheese, or garlic powder for a twist.
