Perfect Rice
Use twice as much Liquid as dried Rice. In a sauce pan bring liquid to a boil. Add 2 T. Oil and stir. Stir in Rice, reduce heat to simmer, and cover with tight fitting lid do not open lid until done. Set timer for 20 minutes and don't peak, as that will release the steam. Check for doneness after 20 minutes. Variations: Use broth and seasonings or water and a bullion cube instead of water. For Cheesy Rice, melt in cheese lastly.
