Skillet Chicken Mushroom Gravy




2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut in half to make 4 thin breasts.
1/2 Onion chopped
1 sm. Pckg, Button or Baby Bello Mushrooms sliced
Salt & Pepper
2 T. Butter
2 T Flour
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

In a Pan, sauté' the Onion and Mushrooms in Butter.
Add Chicken , and brown on both sides,
Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook until Chicken is done.
Whisk together the Broth and Flour until smooth.
Pour over Chicken and stir with a whisk to thicken and blend.
Add Salt & Pepper lastly to cover the flour flavor.
Serve hot over noodles or rice.
