Southern Sausage Gravy for Toast or Biscuits




1 Package Breakfast Sausage
2 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup Flour
Salt & Extra Pepper
Paprika
Biscuits or toast

Cook up the Sausage in a pan, breaking it up into small pieces as you cook.
Add the Flour and stir until smooth and pasty.
Add the Milk a little at a time stirring until smooth each time.
Cook and stir until desired thickness is achieved.
Add spices, and stir, serve over toast or biscuits.
