Spare Ribs BBQ
Excellent




1 T. Vegetable Oil
3 lbs. lean Spareribs cut into 2" pieces
2 T. Sugar
2 T. Vietnamese Fish Sauce (nuoc mam)
1 T. Soy Sauce
2 medium Onions, cut into eighths and seperated
8 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 small Red Bell Peppers, cut into eighths, seeded
1 bunch Scallions cut into 2" sections
Freshly groud White Pepper to taste
Coriander sprigs for garnish.

Mix all ingreadients and marinade for 2 hours. Brush onto ribs while BBQ-ing.
