Spiced Potatoes
Awesome served with plain or herbed mayonaise
6 Red or Golden Potatoes, washed, dried, and chopped.
2 + T. Olive Oil
3 T. my favorite spice mixture:
           dash of Garlic Powder
           dash of Onion Powder
           dash of Cayenne Pepper, or Paprika (depending on how spicy you like it)
           dash of Pepper
           dash of Basil
           dash of Thyme
           dash of Parsley
           1 T. Adobo
           1 T. Powdered Chicken Bullion
In a baking pan, coat the Potatoes with the Oil, add more Oil if needed.
Mix the spices together and sprinkle on then mix to coat the Potatoes with the spices.
Bake 350* for 30 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
Optional: top with mayonaise, or serve mayo on the side.
