Chinese Sweet & Spicy Beef & Noodles
Bud's Favorite




2 pkg. Beef Ramon Noodles
1/2 lb. Beef sliced thin in bit sized pieces
2 T Peanut Oil
1/2 Cup frozen Peas
1 sm. Onion, cut into bite sized wedges
2 Scallions sliced
1 T. Oyster sauce
1 T. Hoisen sauce
1 T. Soy Sauce
1/2 T. Chinese Chili Powder
1 T. Sugar
1 Cup Water.

Sautee Beef in Oil until almost done.
Remove Beef and drain of Paper towels.
Add Onion and sauté until 1/2 softened.
Add Oyster Sauce, Hoisen sauce, Soy Sauce, Chili Powder, Water, Sugar, and the 2 seasoning packets from the Ramon Noodles Bags.
Stir to incorporate and heat. Add Peas & Beef and serve over cooked Ramon Noodles. Top with Scallions
