1 sm. Can diced Tomatoes w/ juice
1 Onion, finely chopped
1--2 T. Cilantro
1 -5 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/8 Cup Sugar (or to taste)
Dash each Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt,
Cayenne

Mix all ingredients.
